Every phone number is validated on its regional format before delivery. Invalid formatted numbers are filtered automatically during campaign compilation. No SMS credit will be charged for filtered numbers.
Auto Filter on Hong Kong SAR Do-not-call Register
If you are sending to mobile numbers in Hong Kong, the numbers will be checked against the Do-no-call Register of Office of the Communications Authority, Hong Kong, as required by the Hong Kong law. Numbers matched will be removed from campaign automatically to avoid law infringement.
